1. License Owner
E-Paper Pro licenses are issued by IQL Technologies to the customer account, publication, email address or organization associated with the purchase or approved free plan. A license gives access to E-Paper Pro features according to the active plan.
2. License Keys
A license key may be required to activate E-Paper Pro services, WordPress integrations, AutoTag API usage, site provisioning or managed publisher features. License keys are confidential and should not be shared publicly.
3. Domain Usage
Each plan may include a permitted number of active domains or publisher sites. A customer may use their own domain or an available E-Paper Pro subdomain where supported. Domain changes, duplicate domains and additional activations may require approval or a plan upgrade.
4. Plan Limits
Plan limits may include storage, number of sites, domains, editions, AutoTag credits, API requests, support level, migration scope, wallet eligibility or managed service coverage. Features shown in the customer dashboard, pricing page or written agreement define the active entitlement.
5. Renewals and Expiry
Paid licenses remain active for the subscription or billing period purchased. If a plan expires, some features may be reduced, suspended or limited until renewal. Wallet balance may be used for renewal where the wallet payment option is available and the account has sufficient balance.
6. Free Plans
Free plans may be offered for evaluation or starter publishing. Free plan limits can change over time and may include branding, domain, storage, support or feature restrictions. IQL Technologies may pause or close inactive free accounts where needed for security or platform maintenance.
7. AutoTag API and Usage Credits
AutoTag API access, AI processing, image-to-post features and related automation may be limited by credits, requests, fair use, license status or plan type. Usage records may be shown in the client dashboard and may be used for billing, support and abuse prevention.
8. Transfers and Resale
Licenses are not transferable, resellable or sublicensable unless IQL Technologies approves the transfer in writing. Agencies or implementation partners must ensure that every end customer has the appropriate license or written commercial arrangement.
9. Suspension
IQL Technologies may suspend or restrict a license if there is non-payment, misuse, security risk, policy violation, unauthorized resale, license tampering, abusive API usage or illegal content activity connected to the account or site.
