1. Agreement
These Terms apply when you access or use E-Paper Pro, a product operated by IQL Technologies. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, adding wallet balance, using a license key, requesting setup or operating a site through E-Paper Pro, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and protecting your login credentials. Activity performed through your account may be treated as authorized by you unless you notify us about suspected misuse.
3. Plans, Payments and Wallet Balance
E-Paper Pro may offer free, paid, managed and custom plans. Fees, limits and features can vary by plan. Wallet balance may be used for eligible plan purchases, renewals or services where wallet payment is shown as an option. Wallet entries, invoices and plan changes are recorded in your account history.
Taxes, payment gateway fees, bank charges and currency conversion costs may apply where relevant. Refunds, credits or adjustments may be reviewed case by case unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
4. Site Provisioning and Domains
When you create a site, E-Paper Pro may provision a publisher site using your own domain or an available E-Paper Pro subdomain. You are responsible for domain ownership, DNS accuracy and any approvals needed to publish content under a domain.
5. Publisher Content
You retain ownership of the newspaper pages, articles, images, editions, archives, trademarks and other content that you upload or publish. You grant IQL Technologies the limited permission needed to host, process, display, optimize, migrate, back up, support and deliver that content through E-Paper Pro.
6. Content Responsibility
You are fully responsible for ensuring that your published content is lawful, accurate where required, properly licensed and compliant with applicable media, copyright, privacy, advertising and publishing rules. E-Paper Pro is a publishing technology platform and does not independently verify every item uploaded by publishers.
7. Prohibited Use
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive or harmful content.
- Do not use E-Paper Pro to distribute malware, spam, phishing pages or unauthorized tracking.
- Do not attempt to bypass license checks, plan limits, security controls or payment systems.
- Do not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense or copy E-Paper Pro software except where expressly permitted in writing.
- Do not use the service in a way that harms platform stability, other customers or IQL Technologies infrastructure.
8. Support and Managed Services
Support is provided based on your plan and the nature of the request. Managed setup, migration, custom domain configuration, content migration and special development work may require additional timelines, access, approvals or fees.
9. Service Changes
IQL Technologies may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of E-Paper Pro to maintain security, performance, compliance or product quality. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption, especially for active paid customers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Paper Pro and IQL Technologies are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, publication delays, data loss, search ranking changes or third-party service failures. Your use of the service should include appropriate editorial, legal and backup processes.
